Frequently Asked Questions

We like to follow your lead as we develop our professional relationship. You are always in control, and we welcome you to communicate your comfort and needs to us. If something is uncomfortable, please let us know.  If our end result is not something you want to place on your wall at home, or share with everyone you love, we have not done our job.  We believe that a few extra minutes when it's called for is worth it - we don't believe in rushing things. 

This means we welcome all persons and all families to our studio regardless of background, disabilities, identities, and orientations/relationship status, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. This includes, but is not limited to LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, Neurodivergent, physical or mental disabilities, or different cultures/life experiences. All truly are welcome.  If you have any input for us on how to be better for your experience, we welcome it! Our studio space is wheelchair accessible with elevator. 

We prefer to do a 50/50 payment with a signed contract. The contract will explicitly state what we agree to do for you and the cost. 50% starts our work, and 50% ends our work when we deliver our media to you. We include a full digital release, as well as social media and full sized images upon completion.  We've heard too many stories of others paying someone a full amount and then getting ghosted. We want you to feel safe in working with us  - we have found this method the most comfortable for our clients. 

We can do payment plans above a certain amount if specified in a contract - final delivery of work will be held until the payment is complete.  We take cash, most Credit Cards and many popular payment apps. 

We do offer print options with some of our fantastic lab partners, which includes things such as mugs, t-shirts, greeting cards, and a large variety of other options. If you wish more than a digital delivery, we will be happy to share more details with you!
